A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all extension appointments and custom hair orders.

Due to the personalized nature of the services and custom hair sourcing process, all services, extension hair purchases, and custom orders are final sale.

A detailed service agreement will be provided prior to all extension appointments outlining appointment policies, maintenance expectations, and extension care guidelines.
